Swami Narayanananda and Swami Vasudevananda went from the Sivananda Yoga Retreat House in Reith/Tyrol/Austria to Munich to prepare for the reopening of the Munich Centre on 26 May. A good number of newcomers made their first experience with the teachings of Swami Sivananda and Swami Vishnudevananda. The highlight of the retreat was with the participation of Swami Sivadasananda online: Swami Ji gave a lecture, teacher’s workshop, and one Satsang - as always very inspiring to dive deeper into the spiritual practice. One weekend offering was Yantra Painting. A small weekend Beginners’ Yoga course took place. A small group attended with big difficulties to breathe but by the end of the class everyone was breathing pleasantly in Savasana. A core group of online students worked their way through our menu of courses, interested in learning and enjoying the camaraderie. Students were very grateful for their class. Bharata, Jnaneshwara and Surya went to the mainly Russian speaking town and gave there asana class and lecture.
