WoW Upgrades - The Item Upgrader

Upgrades will give you a boost in certain stats. Each upgrade boosts the level of an item by 3. A random extra substat is also boosted alongside every upgrade.

The cost of upgrading will depend on the current item level of the gear being upgraded but they will always be less expensive than buying new gear from other sources. Upgrades like upgrading a Benthic chest up to ilvl385 will cost you 20 recycle points. A similar item will cost you 105.

Upgrades are functional items that are used to improve the quality of weapons, tools, armor, and accessories. They can be purchased by players through NPCs that sell upgrades to items in exchange for a variety of currencies, and may also be found in random treasure lists. It's also essential to use crests wisely, as they have only one purpose. It is best to put your Whelpling-rank Crests on the best gear that you can find, and save Drake and Wyrm Crests for the next set of upgrades. The discount for the entire account will only apply when all slots on the character are filled with high-quality gear.
