There's a medium-sized storage pouch that is attached to the rear of the seat, but it wouldn't be large enough to accommodate a changing bag.

The Out 'n' About Nipper Sport V4 is suitable for use from the moment of birth. However, it's recommended to wait until your child is six months old before using it for running. This is due to the fact that the harness isn't sturdier enough to comfortably hold the newborn, and you'll need a separate carrycot or newborn insert.
