The Evenflo Pivot Xplore is a fantastic choice for parents who are looking for a stroller that can be used in a variety of ways. The wagon can accommodate one or two children from 6 months old to 5 years old, and it has a wide storage basket to accommodate all of your on-the-go needs.

It earned an eye-catching score in our Strollers and Multiples test for weight and fold size that means it's lightweight, small when collapsed and easy to move into a trunk of a car or closet. It also offers a multi-position reclining seat and a cup holder for the parent. Other key features include 360-degree shock absorbing front wheels, as well as two large storage bags that hang from the ceiling.

It did better in our push and turn test than many of the strollers we tested, but it is still difficult to maneuver over uneven terrain or through narrow doors. The seat reclines with one hand, and the big shopping basket makes it simple for parents to help their child in and out. Despite this being quite a small pushchair, it was able to handle the bumps of everyday life well and went through doorways without fuss.

The front wheels can to be locked in a forward position or swivel. This is useful for navigating through rough terrain. While walking through the stony trail, we allowed them to swivel and it performed well, though it did appear more bumpy than the other models in our test.

5. Baby Jogger City Tour 2,

Baby Jogger is known for their all-terrain, 3-wheeler Jogging pushchairs, however they also make a good assortment of strollers with four wheels. City Tour 2 is their most well-known model. It is easy to fold and fits easily into the boot of a car even with a carrycot attached.

It weighs more than other strollers that we tried, but because it has rubber composite wheels it feels solid and well-made. It's a breeze to maneuver across all kinds of terrain, and it's also a breeze to lift, even when loaded with two children and shopping bags.

The carrycot and seat both have hoods with pull-down UV50+ sun canopy extensions. They are showerproof and sturdy, unlike some other pram hoods that get bounced back into toddlers' faces.

It's not a lot of storage space, but it does have a large basket deep enough to hold a changing bag or plenty of food. You can also connect it with the Baby Jogger infant car seat to create a traveling system for babies as big as 20 pounds (car seat and adapters are sold separately). The City Tour 2 is a ideal choice for those looking to take a stroller with you on the move.

6. Nuna Mixx Next

When the Nuna Mixx first appeared on the scene it stole the hearts of parents across the world. It's a stroller made of aluminum that can be used from the infant's earliest days through. It has a number of distinctive features like the possibility of flipping the seat between parent and world-facing, a huge UPF 50+ canopy that has a flip out eyeshade, a spacious basket and adjustable handlebar.

The wheels are tough and filled with foam which minimizes punctures. The chassis is equipped with built-in suspension which takes the sting out of bumpy terrain. Our tester found it to be smooth to push and was able to maneuver it through narrow streets without difficulty.

It folds automatically and locks in just four steps. It is also able to stand and be rolled around for easier transportation in the trunk of your car or down the stairs at home. It also comes travel system ready with the option to include a car seat or carrycot using the adaptors that come with it. The brakes come with only one action and are colour coded. They also are compatible with flip-flops.

7. Babyzen Duet

This budget single pushchair with buggy board pushchair is surprisingly easy to handle and features great dual suspension, one-hand fold and a convenient carry strap. It's also very light and sturdy. The seat is reclined in several positions. It is equipped with a double breathable mattress that is suitable from birth.

The canopy/seat has two large fixed or flip-out sun visors, both of which are UPF50+. The toggle closure isn't ideal because it's not as quiet as Velcro and could cause sleepy babies to wake up.

The Duet is an angled single stroller with standing board that can accommodate twins or siblings. (Up to 22kg per seat). It is compatible with two infant car seat and some carrycots. In twin-mode, the seats can be positioned to face one another or rotate around to face their parents, potentially reducing sibling disputes over who gets to sit with dad and mom. It comes with a big gear tray, a bottle holder and snack tray. It also has a compact stand fold and automatic frame lock.

8. Baby Jogger Urban Glide 2.

The Thule Urban glide 2 is a great stroller for parents who like to be active. It's one of the lightest running strollers that you can buy for your child and offers amazing safety features, including a 5-point harness and safety wrist strap. It comes with a different kind of hand brake unlike other models that is an innovative twist.

The seat is very comfortable and provides plenty of space to sit. However the seat's depth is less than that of other runners (it's just about 10 inches") The storage bin is covered with a zipper that keeps things secure. It can hold 10 lbs. This is enough for most diaper bags.

The Urban Glide 2 isn't compatible with bassinets for infants or car seats as of yet, but you can use it from the beginning with the purchase of adapters to most seats from brands like BOB, Graco, Combi, Evenflo, Britax, and UPPAbaby. It's easy to fold and assemble in just 5-10 minutes with no tools. The manual is easy-to-understand and includes multiple languages.
